This beautifully renovated hotel is offering a discounted room rate of $99.23 per night (tax is included) which applies from July 5th to July 14th, before and after our event for staying over and sightseeing.  Make your reservations directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-HOL-IDAY. Be sure to ask for the BP/USA Gathering rate. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the Little Rock National Airport and other downtown attractions.

Early Registration discount rate is $25 per person, maximum $75 per family, if received June 1, 2010
After June 1, registration is $35 per person,
maximum $85 per family.
Please register as early as possible.

Food: The total meal plan will be $132 per adult which includes 7 meals, (Friday morning thru Sunday morning). A child’s meal plan is available for age 12 and under for $78.00.   See the registration form for individual meal prices and details.
